I had my cervical smear test done today with Ms Katrina Taylor. I was extremely nervous this time round, am in my 50s and experiencing some menopause issues and also have had other health issues for the past year. Ms Katrina Taylor was absolutely lovely, so calm and understanding which put me at ease. This was the quickest and easiest smear test I have had. I hope Ms Taylor is still there when I am due for my next one!

Katrina was attentive, positive, upbeat, solution-driven, asked questions, listened closely and was friendly and professional!

Katrina was a great nurse.
As soon as I walked in the room, Katrina was welcoming and lovely.
I felt very comfortable with her before, during and after the examination.
She also carried our the examination with great care.
Would be happy to have Katrina as my nurse again.

Katrina was great. She took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. She made me feel totally at ease which was appreciated given my fear of needles! Best service I've had at my GP.
